Blue Cheese-Red Wine Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Mash cheese with fork.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Stir into cheese gradually.
    Serve over salad greens.
