Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mashed bananas; mix well. Mix dry ingredients. Alternate dry ingredients and milk to creamy mixture. Mix well and fold in nuts. Pour into 2 well buttered 9-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
