Judy'S Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. artichoke hearts, packed in water
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain water from artichoke hearts and chop them.
Place all ingredients in bowl.
Mix at medium speed with electric mixer. Pour in Pyrex dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve with bagel chips or tortilla chips.
Double for large group.
