Stuffed Peppers(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine beef and onion and microwave 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice, tomato sauce, celery and salt to taste.
    Stuff the peppers and place each on a square of plastic wrap. Twist the corners together.
    Place into a casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave for 8 minutes.
