*Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Mix together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture, then add nuts and carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Use Carrot Cake Frosting (found elsewhere).
