Fresh Orange Juice Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
    2 tsp. sugar or 1 packet Equal or similar
    grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation
    Soften the gelatin in warm water.
    Combine the orange juice and gelatin with Equal or sugar.
    Refrigerate until jelled.
    Cut the gelatin into small cubes; serve in champagne glasses.
    Garnish with the grated orange rind.
