Chinese-Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 lb. boned chicken breast, cut in strips
    2 large carrots, sliced
    1 small red pepper, cut in strips
    1 c. snow peas
    2 green onions, cut
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    brown rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add chicken, vegetables and garlic.
    Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through.
    Mix cornstarch, ginger, broth and soy sauce until smooth; stir into skillet.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
