Fresh Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dry red wine or fruit juice
    mint sprigs
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients, except mint, in blender.
    Put in bowl; cover
    and\tlet
    stand
    in\trefrigerator
    for 6 hours or overnight.
