Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    green pepper and onion to taste
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    paprika and parsley flakes
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Add celery, potato soup and sour cream and mix well.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
