Mock Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water

Preparation

Blend together the first 4 ingredients and put into baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
