Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 box rice
    2 onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 cans tomato sauce
    3 cans tomato soup
    1 can kraut (optional)
Preparation
    Boil cabbage long enough to loosen leaves.
    Peel leaves and set aside.
    Mix hamburger, tomato sauce, rice and seasonings. Make small balls of meat, put inside cabbage leaves and roll. Stick toothpick in them to hold together.
    Place in deep pot. Pour tomato soup and kraut (drained) around the edge.
    Cook for 2 hours.
