Graham Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers, broken at perforations
    chopped nuts to your taste (I like lots of pecans)
    1 stick real butter
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Prepare cookie sheet first. May want to spray with Pam for easy cleaning. Line cookie sheet with graham crackers in a single layer. Bring butter, oleo and sugar to slow boil and boil for 5 minutes. Immediately spoon butter mixture over graham crackers, spreading with back of large spoon to make sure all crackers are coated. Sprinkle the nuts generously over the crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Adjust to your oven as these have a tendency to overcook around the edges of the pan. Remove from oven and transfer immediately to wax paper to cool. When cool, break into pieces and store in airtight container.
