Cream Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until done and drain and mashed.
    Add all ingredients except butter and Cheddar cheese.
    After mixed, pour into casserole dish and top with butter; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and top with Cheddar cheese; return to oven until cheese is melted.
