Halibut Steaks With Tangy Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (4 oz.) halibut steaks (3/4-inch thick)
    1/3 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    1 tsp. dried whole tarragon
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. minced purple onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. capers, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Arrange halibut steaks in a large, shallow baking dish. Combine orange juice and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
    Pour over steaks.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning once.
