Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. black-eyed peas, drained
    2 c. Niblets corn, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    jalapeo peppers, chopped to taste (optional)
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 small jar salsa
    1 small bottle Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
    Pour small bottle of Italian dressing over mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain excess liquid the next day, if needed.
    Add jar of salsa.
