Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breast halves, cooked and boned
1 large onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small bag taco Doritos, crushed
Preparation

Remove bones from chicken and arrange in oblong casserole dish. Sprinkle with the onion, coarsely chopped.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese (or other cheese).
Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes and soups.
Pour over mixture in casserole.
Top with crushed Doritos. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
For extra spice, decorate with rings of jalapeno pepper before serving or serve with picante sauce.
