Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. bag Fritos
1 lb. ground beef
1 can red kidney beans
3/4 c. Thousand Island Dressing
1 c. salad dressing
1 head lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation

Brown ground beef and part of onion.
Drain.
Add kidney beans and taco seasoning.
Simmer.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, remaining onions, and cheese in large bowl.
When ready to serve, add Fritos, ground beef mixture, and dressing.
Mix well and serve.
