Chicken And Pasta Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corkscrew macaroni
    2 c. shredded spinach
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken (8 oz.)
    8 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz.)
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. Grey Poupon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse under cold running water; drain.
    In medium salad bowl, combine pasta, spinach, chicken, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
    In small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic salt, 3 tablespoons water and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until smooth.
    Pour over pasta mixture; toss lightly.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
