Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can mushroom pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream or Pet milk
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
salt and pepper
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to directions.
Cook bacon until crisp; crumble.
Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms to bacon fat and cook until tender.
Stir in flour, chicken broth, cream and pimiento.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Add salt and pepper. Combine sauce, chicken, bacon and cooked spaghetti.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
