Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cube about a large walnut size.
Put in ice water and let stand at least 1 hour.
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put Parmesan cheese and flour in a paper bag and shake.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove potatoes from ice water and put in bag; shake good.
Arrange in the melted buttered baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
After 1/2 hour, turn and continue baking for another 1/2 hour.
Serves approximately 6 to 8.
