Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Hillshire Farms Sausage
3/4 cup rice
1 - 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1- 2 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Cut sausage in chunks, combine with next four ingredients in large skillet on medium heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
