Millet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. millet, uncooked
    5 c. tomato juice
    1 onion, diced
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    4 Tbsp. ground sesame seed
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1 can sliced tree ripened olives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. GRATED CHEESE
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients.
    Bake
    in covered casserole dish for one hour at 350\u00b0; or bring to boil on stove top and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
