Barbecued Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. barbecue spice
    1 or 2 chickens or parts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients for sauce in saucepan.
    Heat thoroughly. Parboil chicken. Dip chicken in sauce and cook on grill until done. This sauce is delicious, so serve the sauce in a small bowl on each plate for dipping the chicken while eating. Be sure to have potatoes and bread with this so you can dip that too.
