Cheese-Rice Fondue(More Like A Souffle) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute or other cooked rice
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk (skim is okay)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    beaten yolks of 2 eggs
    beaten whites of 2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat rice, Cheddar cheese and milk until cheese melts.
    Add margarine, salt and pepper.
    Add beaten egg yolks and then the beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
