Jefferson Davis Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 extra large eggs
    2/3 c. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. shredded coconut
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    3 Tbsp. pecan pieces
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Combine coconut, raisins and pecans; place in uncooked pie shell.
    In a bowl, whisk together margarine, salt, vanilla, sugar, eggs, milk and flour.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour until top is golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
