Ice Cream Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 c. vanilla ice cream
    7 to 8 peaches, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
Preparation
    Make Jell-O; mix 1 cup of ice cream until well blended.
    Add Cool Whip and fold in peaches.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Keep in fridge 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Substitute with your favorite flavor.
