Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Bake pie crust until light brown.
Layer tomato and onion. Mix cheese and mayonnaise.
Spread over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 15 to 20 minutes.
