Electric Skillet Chicken And Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken breast (with skin removed)
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 tsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon crystals
    2 1/2 c. instant rice
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Spray skillet with cooking spray (Pam).
    Preheat skillet to 325\u00b0.
    Place chicken pieces into skillet and brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove chicken from skillet.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
