Pizza Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. sausage (1 hot and 1 mild)
    1/2 c. bell pepper, diced fine
    1/2 c. onion, diced fine
    1/2 c. celery, diced fine
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 or 2 cocktail loaves bread (your choice as to type)
Preparation
    Cook sausage and veggies until red is gone and veggies are tender; drain.
    Add Velveeta and stir until melted into the mixture.
    Spread on cocktail slices of bread.
    Freeze.
    When ready to bake, put frozen slices on cookie sheet.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Bake about 10 minutes.
