Sandra'S Cucumber Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. sliced thin cucumbers
5 or 6 onions, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix sugar and vinegar.\tPeel and thinly slice cucumbers and onions.
Add
salt.
Do
not
add water.
Soak for 2 hours and drain.
Add
sugar\tand
vinegar
mixture to cucumbers and onions. Put into containers and freeze.
Keeps indefinitely.
