Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ground beef, browned
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10) can biscuits
Preparation

Add to browned ground beef the onion, green pepper, chili powder and garlic salt.
Drain.
Mix with ground beef the egg, sour cream, tomato sauce and Cheddar cheese.
Separate biscuits and place half in a deep casserole dish.
Pour mixture in.
Place remaining biscuits on top.
Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese on top.
