Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 pork chops
 
flour
spreading mustard
1 can chicken rice soup
Preparation
- 
                            Flour pork chops on each side.
 
Spread each side with mustard. Flour again.
Brown on both sides with a little oil in a nonstick pan.
Drain and add rice soup and 1/2 can water.
Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Put pork chops on platter and serve remaining liquid over potatoes like gravy.
