Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter in small saucepan.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add
    flour
    and
    water
    and
    cook until thickened. Stir in Cheez
    Whiz and heat until smooth.
    Gently toss sauce with broccoli in mixing bowl.
    Stir in beaten eggs.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Toss cracker crumbs in remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
