Sour Cream Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 slices bacon, diced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
lettuce

Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Stir in flour and blend thoroughly. Add sour cream and cook, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken.
Add sugar, salt and vinegar.
Pour hot sauce over lettuce leaves and mix.
Makes 4 servings.
