Smoked Sausage Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. kielbasa or smoked bratwurst
water
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. beer
4 French rolls, split and toasted
dill pickle
Preparation

Pierce sausages in several places with a fork; place in a medium frying pan.
Pour water to cover; bring to boiling.
Cover, reduce heat.
Simmer very slowly for 10 minutes; drain.
