Fruited Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut up
3/4 c. seedless grape halves
1 c. celery, sliced thin
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 (6 oz.) lemon, peach or orange yogurt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix the turkey, grapes, celery, onions, oranges and water chestnuts.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and soy sauce, then pour over turkey mixture.
Toss, then cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
