Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    about 1 lb. chopped turkey breast (or more)
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup and mushrooms.
    Place chopped turkey in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and pour mixture over.
    Crumble crackers over top.
    Melt butter and pour over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crackers are browned (about 30 minutes).
