Sesame-Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
    2 Tbsp. grated ginger
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 skinned, boneless breasts of chicken
    vegetable cooking spray
    thin green onion strips
Preparation
    Combine sesame seeds, grated ginger, honey and soy sauce in a bowl.
    Flatten chicken between plastic wrap, using a mallet.
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
    Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Baste frequently with sauce.
    (May also be used as a marinade. Marinate for a few hours and then cook on grill.
    Don't marinate overnight; it will be very strong!)
