Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 green onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Blend in 1/2 cup nuts and remaining ingredients.
Shape into one large or two smaller balls.
Roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Keeps several weeks so can be made in advance.
