Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
    Mix together thoroughly margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add sour cream.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to cream mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix powdered sugar, nuts and cinnamon together and set aside.
    Pour half batter into lightly greased Bundt pan and sprinkle with half nut mixture.
    Add remaining batter and sprinkle nuts on top. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Invert onto dish.
    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
