Rigatoni Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. rigatoni
    2 unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, sugar and spices together.
    Cook, rinse and cool pasta.
    Mix all together.
    Put cucumber and onion slices on top. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
    Stir before serving.
