Best Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 to 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Put flour, baking powder and sugar into mixing bowl.
    Stir with fork.
    Slowly add 1 to 1 1/2 cups cream, stir constantly, just until dough comes together.
    Place dough on floured board and knead for 1 minute.
    Put dough flat to 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick. Cut with 2-inch round cookie cutter or drinking glass.
    Brush both sides with melted butter.
    Place buttered biscuits 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 18 minutes until browned.
