Marguerites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 egg whites, beaten
    10 cent box marshmallows, cut small
    scant c. shredded coconut
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    vanilla
Preparation
    Boil the sugar and water. Beat egg whites stiff and pour the frosting over them. Add the other ingredients. Pile the mixture on butter-thin crackers and brown in a very slow oven. Dainty and delicious.
