Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    5 egg yolks
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Cream margarine and Crisco.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat well and add egg yolks.
    Beat well again.
    Combine flour and soda.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, starting and ending with flour.
    Add coconut and pecans.
    Fold in egg whites. Put in three 8-inch cake pans.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before frosting.
