Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix, mixed to directions
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. canned milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter with milk, then add caramels and chocolate chips to melt. Add nuts. Bake 1/2 cake mixture 15 minutes. Pour other mixture on top of cake, then pour other half of cake mix. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
