Ground Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 or 5 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, or 1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 can vegetable soup
Preparation
    Spray Dutch oven or casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Crumble ground beef in bottom, then slice potatoes in 1/4 inch slices and spread over ground beef. Chop onions and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Add mixed vegetables. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and vegetable soup. Stir and pour over all ingredients in Dutch oven. Bake at 375 or 400 degrees until potatoes are tender. If casserole starts to get dry, add a little water to finish baking.
