Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen broccoli
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    Ritz crackers
    5 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    dash of milk
    1 stick of butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain and place in casserole.
    Cook rice according to directions on package; place in casserole with broccoli.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Blend onions and soup into casserole.
    Add salt and pepper and the dash of milk.
    Place cheese into casserole; cover with cracker crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
