Chicken Breast With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken breasts
    3 green peppers
    3 c. carrots
    1 stalk broccoli
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. oil
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut chicken and vegetables in bite-size pieces.
    Put 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch over chicken and let stand for 1 hour.
    Fry chicken in 3 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
