Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine oil and sugar.
    Mix well; add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add dry ingredients gradually.
    Fold in finely chopped apples and vanilla. Pour into 3 (9-inch) layer pans which have been greased well and lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
