Paul'S Watercress Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 bunches fresh watercress
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    8 to 10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 pkg. or bags frozen peas
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and cut stems off watercress.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Fold in sour cream (do not defrost peas).
    Garnish with sliced avocado and sprinkle of paprika. Serve immediately.
    Serves 6 to 10.
